Our Quality Manager maintains constant control of the bond room, and bench inspections are performed in temperature-controlled, dedicated inspection labs. Our major inspection equipment includes:

  • Brown and Sharpe coordinate measuring machine (CMM)
  • FaroArm® with Verisurf software
  • Optical comparator

  • Surface plates
  • Calipers
  • Thread gages

Additionally, all of our measuring and inspection equipment is regularly calibrated by a disinterested, third-party service provider that is certified to ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
